FundedJobs ("we", "us") operates fundedjobs.co — a platform that tracks startup funding announcements and surfaces related hiring information. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

FundedJobs aggregates publicly available information about company funding events and job openings, adds analysis, and presents it as a feed, company profiles, role listings, and email digests. Parts of the service are free; full access requires a paid Insider pass.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape at scale, or resell our data without permission.

Insider passes

Insider passes are one-time purchases that unlock full access for a fixed period (for example 30 or 365 days). They are not recurring subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Passes are personal to your account and non-transferable. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

No guarantees about third-party information

Funding amounts, hiring outlooks, job listings, and timing indicators are compiled from public sources and automated analysis. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. FundedJobs is an information service — we are not a recruiter, employer, or agent of any listed company, and we do not guarantee any job, interview, or response. Applying to roles happens on third-party sites governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't: attempt to access locked content without a valid pass, share paid content wholesale, probe or disrupt the service, or use the data to spam founders or candidates. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse, without refund, in serious cases.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed job opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
